i have earlier told how to get photos from orkut, how to view hidden albums etc.Now i will tell how to convert the saved file which can be opened only in windows picture viewer to jpeg so that you can further edit photos.First open the file in paint
How to open in paint?
Right click photo and use >open with option >select program as paint
Then when image opens in paint use save as option to save in jpeg or bmp. You can edit photos in jpeg version easily :) with programs like photo shop. The scope of this blog is now not extended to photo shop tutorials but i will include that certainly
